You could use something like diverse npc's to gain some variations in the NPC's but they still all use the same clothes that the player uses.

I just need my chest to fit under my clothes, while on the satellite everything was as usual.

I decided to put a couple of mods and outfits, a bodyslide, fiddle with presets and change bodies until I broke my game.
